Background

These Loyalty Terms and Conditions apply to your access to, and participation in the above-named Rewards Programme, which is operated by the above-named Company on behalf of Participating Stores across the world.

The Company reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the Rewards Programme and/or Buy-1-Get-1 Offers Programme and/or these Terms and Conditions, or any policy, FAQ or guideline pertaining to the Rewards Programme and/or Buy-1-Get-1 Offers Programme at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued participation in the Rewards Programme and/or Buy-1-Get-1 Offers Programme confirms your acceptance of such changes and modifications.

To enroll in the Rewards Programme & Buy-1-Get-1 Offers Programme download the App to your mobile device and follow the prompts to create an account through the App.

How It Works

The Rewards Programme is designed around the loyalty app called the ‘Super Stamp’.

Each time you make a qualifying purchase (see Qualifying Purchases section) at a Participating Store, you will earn a stamp (Stamp) which is validated on your account using the App on your mobile device.

Stamp validation occurs by the till-operator presenting the Super Stamp device to the customer and the customer tapping the mobile on the Super Stamp device, authenticated via mobile NFC.

Once you have collected a certain number of Stamps (to be determined by the Participating Store), you will be eligible to receive a reward (Reward).

The number of Stamps required to earn a Reward, the type of Reward and any requirements around redeeming a Reward may vary depending on the Participating Store selected and are indicated within the App.

Once earned, your Reward will be available for redemption through your mobile and will have an expiry date. To redeem a Reward, you must present your mobile device to the till-operator in the correct Participating Store for validation via Super Stamp Device. You can also view and track your Rewards progress by visiting the App.

Qualifying Purchases

The rules for a Qualifying Purchase are either indicated within the App or by Participating Stores. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules laid out by Participating Stores shall prevail.

Loyalty Rewards Programme

There is no membership fees associated with the Loyalty Rewards Programme only. Stamps accumulated under the Loyalty Rewards Programme have no cash value. Your Stamps, benefits and Rewards Programme account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family friends or others, until or unless Super Stamp has the feature activated on the mobile app to share rewards and it has been approved by the participating outlets. The Company reserves the right to ‘unregister’ and make ineligible for the Rewards Programme any account that has been inactive for two consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no purchase/stamp activity.

Buy-1-Get-1 & Discount Offers Programme

The Buy-1-Get-1 & Discount Offers Programme is designed around the app called ‘Super Stamp’.

The Buy-1-Get-1 & Discount offers in the ‘Super Stamp’ App are valid according to the terms & conditions mentioned in the offers.

Buy-1-Get-1 & Discount Offers cannot be clubbed with any other discount/offer/promotion.

Buy-1-Get-1 & Discount Offers promotion is not valid with any other promo, offer or discount.

Buy-1-Get-1 & Discount Offers is not valid on previous purchases.

‘Super Stamp’ reserves the right to cancel or change the Buy-1-Get-1 & Discount Offers promotion at any point, without prior notice.

There is a subscription fees associated with the Buy-1-Get-1 & Discount Offers Packages Programme.

Refund Policy

Once the Buy-1-Get-1 & Discount Offers Programme subscription is purchased, there is strictly NO REFUND.

Governing Law

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you automatically fall under this Agreement (and all non-contractual relationships between you and us) and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE law and both parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
